Gentlemen of the Road:

It's that time of the year we all look forward to, Riding Season!

Anyone recall what "T-CLOCS" means? You're exactly correct sir, Turn your clock ahead, or we simply say "Spring Forward" in the riding season. So, "Let's get Ready to Rumble" as we crank up the 3rd Season of Fun, Food, and Fellowship, or Bikes, Bibles, Backroads, Burgers, and Brothers. We have some exciting rides planned that should meet with your riding and culinary expectations. So, we have designated this riding season as the "2008 Fried Ride Experience: If they fry it, we'll find it!" or something like that. We are not just going to be in pursuit of the No. 1 Chicken Fried Steak, or the Best Slice of Pie. No Sir, we will find said establishments via the Most Scenic Roads the Lone Star State has to offer. But wait, did I mention the best part; it's the opportunity to share all of this with our brothers in Christ. We just happen to do it on Bikes, on Backroads, in some of the Best dining establishments in the Free World.

Here are the generalities:

2 rides per month, usually the 2nd and 4th Saturday; one will be an all day event which will depart DBC 0900 and return around 1700; the second ride will depart DBC 1000 and be back in Denton around 1400-1500.
We will attempt to make these rides "fair weather" events. If the conditions are not conducive to a fun, safe ride, we will Hoist the Red Flag and try again the next scheduled date. These rides are meant to be an enjoyable experience and safety is our utmost concern.
All riders must sign a "Release of Liability" form prior to departing DBC. These forms will be available before each ride.
Riders must have a valid motorcycle endorsement on the licenses. e.) Arrive at DBC for the ride with a full tank and lunch money.
The Motorcycle Ministry, DBC Fellowship Riders, is a part of the DBC Men's Ministry. Unless otherwise designated, all rides are for Men Only. There will be "Date Rides" announced which will include the ladies.
